A Bit of History
With over 30 years experience in servicing the Ethnic market, JK Foods - a division of Hyperama PLC - developed the Tiger Tiger brand becoming a symbol of quality and authenticity. Working in conjunction with chefs local to China, India and Thailand, the Tiger Tiger development team travelled across the lands of Asia, taking in the vast flavours and aromas of traditional street side cookery to the time honoured cuisine of authentic restaurants of Asia's capital cities. We have proudly perfected these traditional flavours to a restaurant quality taste in all of our products, sourcing only the finest ingredients from the Far East.
Our Promise
Priding ourselves on our premium quality products, Tiger Tiger received a warm reception from trade after the brand's launch in 1998. Increasing consumer demand for Ethnic foods prompted the expansion of the range from its beginnings. Servicing foodservice as well as the retail market, Tiger Tiger is constantly developing innovative and unique additions to its range to satisfy the needs of consumers and helping to push forward the boundaries of the Asian foods frontier, becoming one of the widest eastern food ranges available in Europe, the Middle East and USA.

Indian Cuisine
Much of our flavours from India originate from the river lands of the Punjab region in northern India, where trade and conquests have added to the Indian culinary range. This infusion of rich spices, cream and often used tomatoes has created a unique luxurious cuisine, fit for the royal courts of the Maharajahs.

Chinese Cuisine
In the provinces of China, cookery is considered as an art or science, appreciating its life giving properties and nourishment of the body. From the mountainous region of Xinjiang to the coastal areas of Guangdong, each province has developed its own culinary profile, developing each recipe into an eloquent art surviving the test of time.

Thai Cuisine
Thai cookery is essentially a ‘marriage' of ancient times with the ways of the modern world. Taking on influences from the best of several eastern cuisine, the result is a harmonious combination of spices, chillies and coconut milk. Prepared to a taste pleasing to all, these culinary master pieces have been captured in many of our products
