Ingredients
400g beef (works well with sliced stir fry cuts)
1 Green pepper
1 Onion
1 jar Tiger Tiger Black Bean Sauce
Method
1. Chop the onion and green pepper into large cubes (2-3 cms).
2. Heat a little oil in a pan, add the beef and chopped vegetables, stir and cook for 2 -3 minutes.
3. Open the jar of Tiger Tiger Black Bean simmer sauce and pour over the beef and vegetables.
4. Leave to simmer for 10 minutes.
5. Serve with Tiger Tiger Jasmine rice, or Tiger Tiger Noodles.
