Ingredients
175g / 6oz Tiger Tiger Rice Stick Noodles 5mm
1 tbsp Sunflower Oil
1 tsp Tiger Tiger Minced Garlic
2 tsp Tiger Tiger Minced Ginger
1 Green Pepper (diced)
1 Leek, thinly sliced
24 raw Tiger Prawns, deveined and peeled
2 tbsp Tiger Tiger Sriracha Chilli Sauce
2 tbsp Tiger Tiger Light Soy Sauce
2 tsp Tiger Tiger Rice Vinegar
Method
1. Place the noodles in a bowl and cook according to the pack instructions.
2. In a hot wok add oil, ginger, garlic, leek and pepper and fry for 2 minutes.
3. Add the prawns and cook until pink.
4. When the prawns are cooked add the sauces, vinegar and noodles.
5. Cook for further 2 minutes and serve hot.
