Chicken korma

Ingredients

1 Tiger Tiger Easy Indian Korma Curry Sauce with Pilau Rice box
250g chicken breasts (skinless, boneless, sliced)
Coriander leaves
Vegetable oil for stir frying

Method

1. Slice the chicken breast and fry in a little vegetable oil (can be done in a wok) until cooked.

2. Once chicken is cooked add the Tiger Tiger Korma Sauce sachet.

3. Simmer for 1-2 minutes.

4. At the same time, microwave the rice pouch as per the instructions.

5. Serve the rice and curry together and garnish with a few coriander leaves.
