Ingredients
1 Tiger Tiger Taste Japan Soya Ginger Salad Dressing
1 broccoli (florets)
2 spring onions (scallions), finely shredded
1 carrot (finely sliced)
50g Cucumber (finely sliced)
20g Radish (finely sliced)
75g watercress salad leaves
Method
1. Steam broccoli florets until tender.
2. On removing the broccoli from the steamer, cool down quickly in ice and water bowl.
3. Finely slice (or use a mandolin if you have one) the spring onion, carrot, radish and cucumber.
4. In a large salad bowl add the watercress leaves and finely sliced vegetables along with the drained broccoli.
5. Dress the Salad using Tiger Tiger Soya Ginger Salad Dressing.
6. Serve for a light lunch or as a salad accompaniment to a main meal.
