Chicken teriyaki

Ingredients

400g Chicken breast (boneless, skinless, sliced)
1 Green pepper (sliced)
1 Red pepper (sliced)
40g Spring onions (scallions), finely shredded
1 jar Tiger Tiger Teriyaki Sauce

Method

1. Chop onions and pepper into large cubes (2-3 cms)
2. Heat a little oil in a pan
3. Add the chicken to the pan
4. Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes
5. Add the chopped vegetables to the pan
6. PourTiger Tiger Teriyaki simmer sauce over the chicken and vegetables
7. Simmer for 10 minutes
8. Serve with Tiger Tiger Jasmine rice, or Tiger Tiger Noodles
