Ingredients
1 Tiger Tiger Sushi Kit
1 Fresh Salmon Fillet (sliced into thin strips)
1 Fresh Avocado
Tiger Tiger Wasabi sauce
Tiger Tiger Sushi Ginger
Method
1. Open the Tiger Tiger Sushi Kit and cook the sushi rice as per the instructions.
2. As the rice is cooking prepare slice the salmon and avocado.
3. Once the rice is cooked, place a sushi mat on a flat surface.
4. Assemble the sushi by placing the seaweed wrapper (sushi nori) on the mat.
5. Next, add a tin layer of rice. Then top with a line of salmon and a line of avocado.
7. Using the rolling mat roll the sushi tightly.
8. Moisten the nori with a small amount of water to so that it sticks tightly and keeps the roll together.
9. With a sharp knife chop the roll into 1.5 cm pieces.
10. Serve with Tiger Tiger Wasabi Sauce and Tiger Tiger Sushi Ginger.
