Favoured for its fiery qualities, this recipe is related to the Madras paste but richer, with a tangy flavour.

Ingredients
: Rapeseed Oil, Ground Spices (Coriander, Cumin, Chilli, Turmeric, Ginger, Garam Masala), Water, Salt, Garlic, Ginger, Red Chilli, Tamarind, Mango Powder, Acidity Regulators (Acetic Acid, Citric Acid, Lactic Acid), Ginger Powder, Garlic Powder, Modified Maize Starch, Spirit Vinegar

Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 3 months of opening and before the best before end date.
