Lamb with Black Bean Sauce and Peppers

Ingredients
450g / 1lb Lamb Neck Fillet or Leg Of Lamb Chops
1 Egg White, beaten lightly
4 tbsp Cornflour
1 tsp Chinese 5 Spice
3 tbsp Sunflower Oil
1 Red Onion
1 Red Pepper, deseeded and sliced
1 Green Pepper, deseeded and sliced
1 Yellow Pepper, Deseeded and sliced
6 tbsp Tiger Tiger Black Bean Sauce
Method
1) Slice lamb into thin strips,
2) Mix together egg white, cornflour and chinese 5 spice,
3) Toss in the lamb and coat evenly,
4) Fry lamb in a hot wok for 5 mins or until slightly crispy,
5) Add the onion and pepper slices to the wok and stir fry for 5 mins,
6) Stir in the black bean sauce and cook until sauce bubbles,
7) Serve immediatley with rice or fresh noodles.
