
Ingredients
450g / 8oz Pork Loin, cut thinly
4 tsp Corn Flour
2 tsp Tiger Tiger Sesame Oil
2 tsp Tiger Tiger Minced Garlic
2 tsp Tiger Tiger Minced Ginger
225g / 8oz Tiger Tiger Straw Mushrooms
8 tbsp Rice Wine
100g / 4oz small Pak Choi Leaves
250g / 9oz Tiger Tiger Spinach Noodles
Method
1) Place noodles in a bowl and cook according to pack instructions,
2) Cut pork into long thin strips and coat in cornflour,
3) Stir fry pork in a hot wok for 2 mins,
4) Add garlic and ginger,
5) Add mushrooms, wine, soy sauce and pak choi,
6) Cook for a further 4 mins,
7) Add noodles and cook for 3 mins,
8) Serve immediatley.
