
Ingredients
2 tbsp Tamarind Paste
2 tbsp Tiger Tiger Minced Red Chilli
4 tbsp Tiger Tiger Fish Sauce
2 tbsp Castor Sugar
1 tsp Tiger Tiger Minced Garlic
2 tsp Tiger Tiger Minced Ginger
8 Kaffir Lime Leaves
100g / 3.5oz thinly sliced Carrots
100g / 3.5oz Tiger Tiger Babycorns
1.2ltrs / 2pnts Chicken Stock
350g / 12oz Chicken Breast
2 tbsp Tiger Tiger Minced Corriander
100g / 3.5oz Cherry Tomatoes, halved
150g /5.5 oz Tiger Tiger 3mm Rick Noodles
Method
1) In a hot wok add chicken stock, sugar, ginger, fish sauce, garlic, chilli,
tamarind paste and lime leaves,
2) Cook for 5-6 mins then add diced chicken,
3) Add the babycorns and carrots, reduce heat and simmer until chicken is
cooked,
4) Add noodles and tomatoes,
5) Simmer for a further 5-6 mins,
6) Serve hot
