Ginger Citrus Rice
Recipe
Ingredients 2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp Tiger Tiger Minced Ginger
1/2 tsp Tiger Tiger Minced Garlic
4 cups of water
2 cups rice
2 tsp salt
1 large lime
Method
1) In saucepan over medium heat, heat oil until very hot, but not smoking.
2) Add ginger and garlic and cook until aromatic.
3) Add 4 cups water and bring to a boil.
4) Stir in rice and salt.
5) Reduce heat to low; cover and cook 15 to 18 minutes until all water is
absorbed and rice is tender.
6) Stir in lime juice.
