Sweet Chilli Fried Rice

Recipe

Ingredients
450g / 1lb Pork Fillet, sliced into bite size pieces
2 tbsp Tiger Tiger Sweet Chilli Sauce
1 Onion Sliced
175g / 6oz Carrots, cut into thick matchsticks
175g / 6oz Courgettes, cut into think matchsticks
100g / 3.5oz Tiger Tiger Bamboo Shoots
275g / 9.5 oz Cooked Long Grain Rice (Rice should be "Al Dente")
1 Egg beaten
Method
1) Add the pork to a hot wok and cook for 5 mins,
2) Add chilli sauce and cook for 2-3 mins allowing sauce to bubble and thicken,
3) Add vegetables and fry for a further 2-3 mins,
4) Add cooked riceand cook until heated thoroughly,
5) Drizzle over the egg and stir continuously until egg sets.
6) Serve immediatly.
