Broccoli and Chinese Leaves
Recipe
Ingredients450g / 1lb Broccoli Florets
2 tbsp Oil
1 Onion, sliced
2 tsp Tiger Tiger Minced Garlic
25g / 1oz flaked almonds
1 head of chinese leaves, shredded
4 tbsp Tiger Tiger Black Bean and Garlic Sauce
Method
1) Boil a pan of water,
2) Cook broccoli for 4 mins,
3) Heat a wok and add onion and garlic,
4) Cook until soft,
5) Add the broccoli florets and flaked almonds and stir fry for 3- 4 mins,
6) Add the chinese leaves and stir fry for 2 mins,
7) Stir in the blackbean sauce until it begins to bubble,
8) Serve immediatley..
