Squid with Broccoli

Ingredients
300g Mr Hanley Squid tubes200g broccoli1/2 tsp Tiger tiger minced garlic100g Mangetout (snow peas)50g Tiger tiger Baby corn2tbsp TT oyster sauce1/2 tiger Tiger Sesame Oil2tbsp Vegetable oil
Method
1) Wash and clean squid thoroughly, slit open tubes and fold out with the skin facing downwards, score with a fine zigzag pattern and then cut into pieces. 2) Wash and clean broccoli and break into florets and snip off ends of mangetout.3) Put the broccoli into boiling hot water for 3 minutes, drain water. 4) Then pour vegetable oil into wok and heat add garlic and searing squid for 2 minutes add vegetables sauté for few minutes add Tiger Tiger oyster sauce stir-fry well and add Tiger Tiger sesame oil and ready to serve.
