
Ingredients.
8 Chicken Thighs
2 tbsp Clear Honey
1 tsp Chinese 5 Spice
1 tbsp Sweet Sherry
1 tsp Tiger Tiger Minced Garlic
1 tsp Tiger Tiger Minced Red Chilli
100g / 3.5oz Tiger Tiger Babycorns
8 spring onions
150g / 5.5oz Tiger Tiger Beansprouts
Method
1) Score 3 slits into the thighs.
2) Mix together soy, honey, chinese 5 spice, sherry, red chilli and garlic,
3) Add chicken to the bowl and coat thoroughly,
4) Allow to sit for 1/2 an hour,
5) Add the marinaded chicken to a hot wok and cook for 12-15 mins turning
frequently.
6) Add spring onions and babycorns.
7) Cook for a further 5 mins or until thoroughly cooked.
8) Serve immediatley
