
Ingredients
450g/1lb fresh raw prawns, peeled and deveine
Marinade
1 tbsp Tiger Tiger Light Soy Sauce
1 tsp Shaoxing rice wine or dry sherry
1 tsp Tiger Tiger Sesame Oil
Sauce
2 tbsp Tiger Tiger Minced Coriander
2 tsp Tiger Tiger Rice Vinegar
1 tsp Tiger Tiger Minced Ginger
Method
1) Preheat grill,
2) Combine the marinade ingredients,
3) Add the prawns and set aside for 10 minutes,
4) Meanwhile, mix together the sauce ingredients.
5) Lay the prawns on a baking tray and grill for 3 minutes, turn over and grill for a further 2 minutes,
6) Serve with the sauce.
