
Ingredients
450g / 1lb minced lamb
1 tbsp oil
1 egg
2 tsp lemon juice
100g / 4oz onion chopped
55g / 2oz fresh coriander leaves (washed and chopped)
3 tbsp natural yoghurt.
100g (1/3 jar) of TT Balti Paste
Method
1) Put lemon juice into the mince, set aside to tenderise the meat
2) Mix yoghurt and balti paste
3) With wet hands, fold paste into meat adding an egg, chopped fresh coriander
leaves and chopping onion
4) Cover and leave to marinate in fridge for 2 hours, place skewers in water to
soak while meat is marinating so they do not burn
5) Roll lamb mixture around skewers, place under a grill or on a BBQ and
brush lightly with oil.
6) Ensure that lamb is cooked thoroughly before consuming.
