Balti King Prawns

Ingredients
500g king prawns peeled & de-veined 1 large onion (slice)1tbsp oil2tbsp TT balti sauce1tsp minced garlic
Method
1) Heat the oil in pan or wok. 2) Add the garlic & onions stir-fry until golden brown. 3) Then add the prawns and stir-fry for 2 minutes. 4) Next add Tiger Tiger balti sauce in, stir it well over a medium heat for further 3 minutes.5) Garnish with fresh coriander and serve immediately with rice or naan bread.
