
Ingredients
1 tsp Tiger Tiger Minced Garlic
2 tsp Tiger Tiger Minced Ginger
2 tsp Tiger Tiger Ground Cumin
1/2 tsp Ground Cardamom
1/2 tsp Tiger Tiger Chilli Powder
2 tbsp Tomato Puree
5 tbsp Water
3 tbsp chopped Fresh Coriander
500g / 1 lb Tiger Prawns, cooked and peeled
2 tbsp Oil
1 Onion
1 tsp Tiger Tiger Minced Green Chilli
Method
1) Place ginger, garlic, coriander, cumin, cardamom, chilli, tomato puree, 4 tbsp water and 2 tbsp of chopped coriander into a bowl,
2) Mix well,
3) Add the prawns and place in the fridge for 2 hours,
4) Saute onions in a hot wok,
5) Add prawn mixture and the chilli,
6) Stir fry for 5 mins,
7) Add 1 tbsp water and fry for a further 3 mins,
8) Serve immediatley.
