Tandoori Chicken Drumsticks

4 pieces chicken drumstick50ml natural yogurt½ tsp salt2tbsp Tiger Tiger tandoori paste1 onion1 lettuce
Method
1) Wash and pat the chicken drumsticks dry using absorbent kitchen paper2) Using a sharp knife score the chicken with two diagonal cuts. 3) Mix all the ingredients together in the bowl. 4) Place the chicken drumstick in the bowl and rub the tandooripaste, then leave to marinade for about one hour.5) Brush a baking tray with oil.6) Place the marinade chicken drumstick onto baking tray and bake uncovered for 20 minutes and turn it over for another 10 minutes 7) Then shred the lettuce and arrange on a serving plate lift the chicken out. 8) Garnish with onion and lemon to serve.
