
Ingredients
1 large Ripe Banana
8-10 Tiger Tiger Lychees
1 can Tiger Tiger Coconut Milk
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
pinch of salt
Method
1) Peel the bananas, then slice them in half lengthwise,
2) Cut these lengths into smaller sections,
3) Pour the coconut milk into a sauce pan, and place over medium-high
heat.
4) Add the sugar, stirring to dissolve. (Add to personal taste)
5) Add the rest of the ingredients.
6) Continue stirring until the bananas and lychees are warmed through
(1-2 minutes),
7) Serve immediately.
