
Ingredients
1 jar Tiger Tiger Thai Green Curry Simmer Sauce
2-3 Chicken Breasts
1/2 can Tiger Tiger Baby Corn
1/2 cup Snow Peas
1/2 Red Bell Pepper Sliced
1/2 tsp Tiger Tiger Green Curry Paste (if you want a little extra spice)
Method
1) Fry chicken, baby corn, peas and pepper for 3-4 mins in a hot wok ( add green curry paste if requird).
2) Pour in sauce and simmer for 5 mins.
3) Serve over hot rice or noodles
