
Ingredients
200g / 7oz large, raw peeled Prawns, with tail still on
1½ tbsp Tiger Tiger Red Curry Paste
½ tsp Tiger Tiger Fish Sauce
10g / 0.5oz Caster Sugar
juice 1 Lime
6 Lemongrass Stalks
Method
1) Place the prawns in a large bowl and coat thoroughly with the curry
paste.
2) Add the fish sauce, sugar and lime juice and mix well.
3) Thread the prawns on to the lemon grass stems.
4) Place prawns on hot bbq and cook for approx 2-3 mins either side
