Pad Thai noodles

Ingredients

1 Packet of Tiger Tiger Rice Sticks 3MM (noodles)
250g fresh king prawns, peel and de-vain
1 Tin of Tiger Tiger bean sprout (can use fresh)
1 Small fresh long chilli
50g of green beans (fine)
2 tbsp of Tiger Tiger Pad Thai paste
½ tsp of Tiger Tiger Dark Sauce
2 tsp of Tiger Tiger Oyster Sauce
3 tbsp vegetable oil
20g Coarsely chopped roasted
Unsalted peanuts
1 egg

Method

1. Prepare the noodles as per instructions on the packet.

2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a non stick wok, add the prawns and vegetables and stir fry for 1 minute.

3. Add the noodles and all sauces to the wok, toss gently until combined then remove the wok from heat.

4. Beat and egg and make an omelette in a small frying pan. Cut the omelette into thin strips.

5. Sprinkle the peanut and omelette on top of the noodles and you are ready to serve.

6. Garnish with a lemon wedge and serve.
