Quick Thai red curry

Ingredients

1 jar Tiger Tiger Thai Red Curry Simmer Sauce
2-3 Chicken Breasts (skinless, boneless, diced)
½ can Tiger Tiger Baby Corn
½ cup Snow Peas
½ Red Bell Pepper Sliced
½ tsp Tiger Tiger Red Curry Paste ( if you like a little extra spice)
Tiger Tiger Jasmine Rice

Method

1. Fry the chicken, baby corn, peas and pepper for 3-4 mins in a hot wok (add curry paste if required).

2. Pour in sauce and simmer for 5 mins.

3. Serve with Tiger Tiger Jasmine Rice.
