Tom Yum Soup

Ingredients

1 ½ cup water
1 tbsp of Tiger Tiger Tom Yum Paste
200g fresh king prawns (peeled and deveined) (you can use any other white fish if preferred)
70g Tiger Tiger Sliced Straw Mushrooms (can store the remainder of the mushrooms for a couple of days in the fridge)
1 fresh red chilli
1 fresh lime wedge
Sprinkle of fresh coriander leaves and/or Kaffir Lime leaves

Method

1. Place 1 ½ cup of water in a pan

2. Add 1 tbsp Tiger Tiger Tom Yum paste (add more if you like it more spicy)

3. Use a medium heat to bring to simmer

4. Add Prawns (or fish) and straw mushrooms

5. Bring to the boil

6. When prawns (fish) are cooked serve

7. Garnish with a lime wedge, slice of red chilli, few coriander leaves and/or Kaffir lime leaves
